275/365: Guess what? It was pizza Friday again!
Is this objectively a good photo? Probably not! But it’ll remind me of this evening, where Nicole and I made this together and then spent a cozy evening on the couch (and probably ate a little bit too much of this delicious thingy).
274/365: Between the Buried and Me killed it last night as the Thursday headliner of the Euroblast festival in Cologne.
I’ve also seen Soen again. And I got to know a great band called Trepalium.
We’ll be back at the festival on Saturday. This time for the whole day.
273/365: Met up with Juri and Renata again. This time they brought their cute little 9-month old daughter Ruby along.
272/365: This little fella was distracting me yesterday evening, while I was trying to get some serious programming done.
271/365: Not much going on today. So, here’s simply a last-minute photo of the two new cameras I inherited this weekend. It’s a pretty used-looking Agfa Optima 535 Electronic Sensor and a Leica Mini Zoom.
I haven’t tried the Leica yet, because I currently don’t have a new battery for it. The Agfa seems to work, apart from the Aperture, which doesn’t open at all. I hope I can get this fixed, because then it could be a camera I really like.
270/365: I was walking around just after sunset, finishing my first roll of Ilford Delta 3200, when I saw the moon rising between these two buildings of the new FH Düsseldorf campus. The moon looked pretty big, because it was 30000 kilometres closer to earth than usual. (And I wasn’t even aware at the time, that a lunar eclipse is going to take place that night.)
Regarding the film: seems very grainy – as expected – despite developing with my new Ilfotec DD-X developer, which is supposed to result in much less grain than Rodinal. I guess that’s still normal for a 3200 ISO film. I still like the look, but mostly when looking at it on a high-resolution screen like the one of my iPad. On a relatively low-resolution screen (like the one on my MacBook), it looks not nearly as good.

Took this after returning from Wuppertal last night. It’s a new day after midnight, after all.
This is the second weekend in a row these guys are working 24/7 from Friday to Sunday to get all the work done on the adjacent street to ours.
