329/365: The scooter at my AirBnB (not my host’s).
The workshop was originally planned to start this Wednesday and go on until Friday. Unfortunately, the workshop was cancelled. I already knew on Monday – one day before my flight was going. But lucky me, Severin was so kind to offer me a private workshop instead, so that I could still learn from his skills during my time in Vienna despite the cancellation. Still very happy about that! Thanks again, @severinkoller!
Anyhow, we decided to meet on Thursday, so I had a day “off”. Apart from a short trip to the supermarket, where this photo was taken, I spent the whole day at my AirBnB working.

328/365: Tuesday evening – flying to Vienna for a street photography workshop with Severin Koller.

318/365: Hut-life-Saturday. With the amazing Haselnuss Schnaps.
Shot with the previously mentioned Canon Canonet G-III QL 17. This one seems to be working mostly fine. And it’s good fun to use, too. This one might become my go-to film camera.

316/365: Zipfer Urtyp shopping.
Ok. So the 5 of us met at 5am on Thursday to drive all the way to Austria for our 4-day “Alpeninferno” at Jan’s hut in the alps near Wörgl, Austria. First things first: doing some shopping at the local supermarket. Mainly Zipfer Urtyp beer.
This is one of the few photos I like from my new Rollei 35 S. There seems to be something wrong with the optics. Especially wide open at f2.8, the photos turn out very very blurry – even when other things on the same focus pane are sharp(-ish). It’s a shame. Because otherwise, I really enjoyed shooting with it.

294/365: On a stroll through town…

290/365: Bernd at his workshop.
He had an open day and a couple of people came along to see where and how he works and try out his Devil’s Choice guitars and basses.

285/365: The tent/yurt we spent the night in. We arrived just before sunset the day before, and since this thing was already standing there, we didn’t bother pitching our tents and rather got on with cooking dinner instead.
And well, at least Andre spent the night there. I got sick that evening/night (nausea, diarrhoea, fever) and frequently had to get out of my sleeping bag. Which was way too cold. Luckily, the bathroom/toilet was in the adjacent restaurant. And there was also a small lobby, where it was warm. So, I spent most of the night there. Mostly not sleeping.
The next morning I only felt a little better, but not good enough for a whole day of walking with a heavy backpack. So unfortunately we had to cancel the last day of hiking. We took a taxi instead. And then it was still a few hours to drive back home.

284/365: On a stick.
The third day – the longest with more than 25km – I had to walk on a stick at some point. Because – in addition to the blisters on my feet – my right hip started hurting. The walking stick helped.
And man, what a day. Much too long for my taste. And then barely any water along the way.
We arrived at the next campground completely exhausted just before sunset.
