167/365: Ola Gasidlo talking about “Offline First”-development at today’s Webworker NRW meetup.

Empfehlenswert!

165/365: Back home taking photos of plants.
And trying out the 1-hour-photo app.

164/365: My late step-grandfather’s watch.
The day after the funeral service, we visited my step-grandmother again. She gave me his watch as a keepsake. It’s a limited watch with an original brick (from approx. AD 1120) of the Freiburg Minster.

163/365: At the funeral service of my step-grandfather.
Late last week, my step-grandfather Heiner died.
He had needed constant home-care for many years, but it suddenly got worse the week before that. And then everything went pretty quickly.
He was eighty years old.
I’m very glad, me and the rest of the family all went down to Freiburg last March to celebrate his 80th birthday with him. He and my step-grandmother (my father’s biological parents both died when he was little) were visibly touched that we all came. Because before that I haven’t seen them in eight years.
Rest in peace, Heiner!

162/365: A cloud. Seen from the Autobahn.
The latest Slash rocks once again.

160/365: A handrail. I liked the lighting and tones.

159/365: A house I like in my neighbourhood.
